DMCA & Content Removal Policy

SexyMunch respects the intellectual property rights of creators and the privacy of individuals. We are an automated search engine and do not host, upload, or control any video fileson our servers. All videos are embedded from third-party partners.

However, we take all reports of copyright infringement, non-consensual content, and illegal material very seriously. We will act swiftly to remove or disable access to any video link hosted on our platform.

1. Emergency & Non-Consensual Content

If the content involves underage individuals, please contact the authorities immediately (e.g., NCMEC in the US). You may also email us at [[email protected]] with the subject line "URGENT: UNDERAGE CONTENT" and we will remove the link instantly.

If the content was shared without your consent (NCII/Revenge Porn), please email [[email protected]] with the subject line "URGENT: NCII REMOVAL". We have a zero-tolerance policy for this and will remove the video link within 24 hours of verification.

2. Filing a Formal DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe your work is being infringed, please send an email to [[email protected]].

To be legally valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include ALL of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL(s) of the video(s) on our site. (You came from: /video/sample-video-two)
• Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. What Happens Next?

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the identified video links on SexyMunch.
• Notify the third-party partner who supplied the video of the takedown request.
• Take reasonable steps to ensure the video is not re-indexed from the same source.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Incomplete notices (missing the required legal statements) may delay our ability to act.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to us. Please note that since we do not host the files, you may need to file the counter-notification directly with the actual hosting provider.

5. Designated DMCA Agent

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), SexyMunch has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement.
